The initial design consult can be the beginning of an upcoming project or perfect as a stand-alone service for the discerning homeowner who needs a little guidance to get things going. This type of consultation is perfect for a colour consult, discussing finishes and selections or a succinct pick-our-brain session. If you are planning a home renovation or larger design project, this meeting will be the first step in our design process. We will chat all things design during this initial meeting including scope of work, vision, wish-list + budget.

Our signature offering is comprehensive renovation and new-build design, delivered through structured planning and sustained involvement at every stage.

For homeowners seeking focused professional direction at the early stages of a project, we offer a structured advisory consultation.
For many clients, this meeting becomes the first step toward a comprehensive design engagement. This two-hour, in-home working session provides strategic insight on layout, finishes, and overall design direction.
Following the consultation, clients may choose to implement the recommendations independently or explore transitioning into full-service design.
As an advisory service, this meeting does not include ongoing documentation, sourcing, procurement, or project coordination unless a full-service agreement is established.

THE IMPLEMENTATION
With plans confirmed, we move into detailed specifications and procurement. We remain closely involved throughout construction, coordinating with trades and overseeing the execution of the design.
Behind the scenes, there is a tremendous amount of organization and communication happening — ensuring that what was imagined on paper is carried through beautifully in reality.
